TODAY THE SERMON AT CHURCH WAS ABOUT HAVING THE SPIRIT OF THINKING "WHAT'S NEXT" INSTEAD OF GETTING SO TIED UP IN FEAR, SADNESS OR WHATEVER IS GOING ON IN YOUR LIFE OR IN YOUR PAST INSTEAD OF MOVING FORWARD WITH THE SPIRIT OF " WHAT'S NEXT " CAUSE HOW CAN YOU FOLLOW THE LORD AND GET INTO HIS GLORY OR RECIEVE HIS BLESSINGS FOR YOU UNLESS YOU DO.
AFTER CHURCH AND THAT GREAT SERMON I WENT TO BUY ME A NEW LAWN MOWER BATTERY. WHILE I WAS THERE SINCE I'VE BEEN WANTING A BIKE FOR SOME TIME I SAID " WHAT IS NEXT " IS ME ON MY NEW BIKE RIDING IN THE GREAT OUTDOORS. I'VE LOST ABOUT 25 LBS SINCE TOMMY DIED AND NOW I'M GOING TO HAVE THE BUNS OF STEAL AND LEGS TO DIE FOR AFTER RIDING ALL THE HILLS AROUND CORO LAKE.
MY NEW BIKE IS COMPLETE WITH HORN, WATER BOTTLE AND HOLDER, LIGHTS FOR NIGHT, REAR VIEW MIRROW, AND OF COARSE ME A HELMET.
I COULDN'T WAIT TO GET HOME AND RIDE IT. I LOVE IT AND RIDING AROUND MY NEIGHBORHOOD WAS SO BEAUTIFUL AND FUN BLOWING MY HORN AT EVERYONE I SAW. THE HILLS FELT LIKE MOUNTAINS BUT I MADE IT WITHOUT STOPPING . THE LAST TIME I WAS ON BIKE WAS IN AMSTERDAM 12 YREAS AGO. MY HUSBAND AND I RODE THEM ON THE BEACH BOARD WALK ON THE WAY TO THE SPECIAL BARS IN THE RED LIGHT DISTRICT. ON THE WAY BACK TO THE HOTEL ROOM WAS SOMETHING TO WRITE HOME ABOUT SINCE WE WERE HIGH AS KITES AFTER THE BAR BUT THAT'S ANOTHER WHOLE STORY IN ITSELF.
SO "WHAT'S NEXT" IS ME ON MY BIKE EVERYDAY LOVING THIS WEATHER AND LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO RIDE A BIKE FOR 2 WITH ME. LOL I HAVE THE SPIRIT AND SOON I WILL HAVE THE BUNS OF STEAL AND THE LEGS TO DIE FOR. WHEN I START DANCING ON THE PEABODY ROOF TOP AND DOWN BEALE STREET EVERYONE WILL BE TAKING NOTICE OF ME. LOL

Good sermon at Church. Great looking bike. Now you can enjoy zooming all over the place this spring. Enjoy the ride while tightening up those muscles. Big litter of kitties. Helen
ReplyDeleteThat was a great sermon...one can all relate to. Thank you for sharing. I love the look of your new bike, I can just feel the wind rushing past your smiling face !! Today at our Wesley Guild we had a young man Sam who lives in our village, he was telling us about his trip last year rowing the Atlantic single handed, and on Friday he starts a cycle ride to Kenya in Africa !! only 6,000 Miles...He was sponsored for Farm Africa for his row and now wants to see how the money is spent...Fancy joining him !!!
